Each pillar contains a dozen 5-20 minute videos covering various topics. You’ll learn about healthy eating habits, how to set achievable goals, develop a positive mindset, and improve your fitness and daily movement. Our movement pillar includes daily 4-minute bodyweight videos for a total of 56 different videos, 5 videos of 10-20 minutes for a strong core and healthy back, and a library of a dozen different longer workouts that you can do at your own pace.
In addition to our online videos and resources, you’ll have access to weekly coaching sessions with me, your personal coach. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, set new goals, and develop a plan to help you achieve them. You’ll also have access to daily check-ins and on-demand text and email support, so you can get the support you need whenever you need it.
